Diverged roads
Drawing above is a composition of Ming and it shows exactly the feeling I have lately.
Especially after I heard a sentence from her, my recently-good-friend.

ICU posting
Today will be my last day in ICU, if the following schedule I am not assigned to this department again.
There are too many to learn in a day. I feel very tired (mentally) even only the names of the machines and devices. ICU is so different from Medical-surgical wards.
Life supports, inotropes, detailed until 1ml of fluid also cannot afford to miss out.
Patient's from tip of the hair till the nail of the toe are yours, this is what we called as 'Holy nursing care'.
So far, I am still very into this department. Especially come to patient's family members.
The way to convey message and understand their grieving process.
